  Deaf community-- First of all, this store doesn't really train their staff to provide good customer service to Deaf people due to their lack of training/knowledge about the Deaf culture. They actually had my sister interpret for me through out the sale without consulting with me first about it. My whole experience of buying a new I-Phone plumetted at the store shortly after when I came to find out that the payment did not go through because their computer unexpectedly shut down on them after I made the payment/left for a couple of hours due to photos transfer from old I-Phone to new I-Phone. I also asked the sales person if everything was good to go- he gave me the thumbs-up even after 1.5 hour of repeating myself to him about what I wanted for the phone plan, etc. After being informed by the sales person of what happened-- I immediately checked my bank account and it showed that the payment did go through. The assistant store manager claimed that there was no payment made because there was no order/receipt processed at the end of the sale. The manager also asked me to make another form of payment as the pending charge will be dropped in 2-3 business days. About the pending charge- I became upset because the sales person did not waive $30 dollars for upgrade fee which was a promotion for today (Feb 10) until the manager tried to finalize the sale and deducted $30 but the previous charge was already applied to my bank card during the computer shutdown. The manager expected me to provide another form of payment which I cannot because of the previous charge that was applied to my bank card. I walked out of the store all upset about the whole situation.
  After I got home-- I received an email from Sprint that another $139 was charged to my bank card with the electronic receipt and order # at this time. I BECAME MORE UPSET after finding out about another charge of $139. Now, I don't know what to do anymore about this. With this being said, the whole shopping experience was T E R R I B L E and E M B A R A S S I N G. In addition, My old iphone is damaged-- I need a new iphone ASAP to be able to communicate with my team at my work effectively. :(
