  Terrible experience ordering takeout. I ordered a gyro sandwich tray online for a 7:15PM pick up. When I arrived, they had no idea where the order was. After checking in the back, they "luckily" found it! This makes me believe they prepared this tray at 4:30PM when I ordered, and did not check the pick up time - perhaps writing it off as a no-show.
  
  They handed me a tray of COLD TO ROOM TEMPERATURE gyro meat on top of lettuce, and a bag with 6 tzatziki sauces. This was a $55 tray and it did NOT come with pita, veggies, feta, or anything that would make it a sandwich! (note: the gyro sandwich by itself costs $8... there is no way this tray was more food than 7 sandwiches ordered individually)
  
  When I got home, and I realized that they actually just sold me cold meat and sauce with nothing else, I called to try to get some answers. They insisted that this is how the dish is served... The gyro meat was intended to be cold because it would rest on a bed of lettuce! Also, they admitted that it was supposed to come with pita bread, but made no offers to correct their mistake.
  
  So in my mind, Santorini screwed up in 3 ways. 1) They failed to prepare the order at the correct time. 2) They tried to pass off a dish that was sitting around for several hours to a paying customer. 3) They failed to make the situation right when called up. Our group of 7 will never order from this place again!
