  I have been shopping with this Next Day Blinds store for many years and they are always professional and helpful. They never try to push a more expensive product if you let them know what your limits are financially. Their products are well made and the installation is out of this world. The installers are quick and always do an amazing job! My only complaint with the products (in this case honeycomb shades) is the plastic piece that hangs at the bottom of the string which you use to adjust the shades. That piece frequently cracks and breaks and looks terrible and I can never seem to install a new one correctly so I have to take the shade to the store for repair. Can you please make something stronger as this piece gets a lot of wear and tear?
