  I called in to see when the next available appointment was. The lady at the Ballenger location wasn’t completely rude, but she kept yawning on the phone. I told her I wanted to see Dr.Ajebon because I felt comfortable with her, and she treated me with respect, but she said she’s in the Urbana office and they don’t like to “flip-flop” their patients. So I asked her to give me the number to the Urbana office. I wish I wouldn’t have called.... I called the office and a girl answered and at first she pretended to care about why I needed an appointment. She said they don’t like to mix their patients. Then she said she had to talk to the Dr. because this was a different situation, and technically I was a new patient. she would give me a call whenever she could. I called back, because I didn’t hear from her, and she got upset that I called to follow up and would talk over me, and had a bad attitude. Dr.A is great, but their front desk staff is very unprofessional, and they make their patients feel like they are not important.
