  DO NOT RENT with this company. Terrible company. The most unprofessional I’ve ever dealt with. Will tell you anything to get you into the property so make sure you have in writing from them all the questions you asked and the answers they gave you. That was my mistake. At the time of signing the lease I asked them questions for clarification and they gave me answers and later on down the road went back on it.
  
  Nobody knows what’s going on there. Good luck getting in touch with Sara, the “VP”. I’ve left her countless voicemails, which she never returned, and every time I went into the office no one knew where she was or when she’d be back. “I think she’s sick” was the popular answer. So unprofessional.
  
  I called the maintenance man to check a potential gas leak and texted him because he never answered, and he never responded to me, I had to call Washington Gas. I told them all of my fire alarms were going off in the house for no reason, he didn’t even bother to come check it out, he told ME to replace the batteries, after only 3 months of living there. They entered my house without warning and I had no idea until he mentioned it on the phone and I told them I wasn’t notified and I didn’t give them permission to enter the property and he said he thought he emailed me, but couldn’t produce any proof of it. Im pretty sure these things are illegal.
  
  Will absolutely nickle and dime you.
  
  Do not rent with this company. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was at the property for a year, they asked me if I wanted to extend my lease and I said absolutely not because of how terrible my experience was.
  
  I cannot stress how unprofessional this company is.
