  I like Charlie's. I have been happy with the food and service so far. I have not had delivery though. I usually pick up.
  
  I have noticed it is an extremely busy place. The phone never stops ringing when I'm there. I order over the internet. There are usually people there already waiting for their orders and also people placing and waiting to place them in person.
  
  There is usually the same woman there taking phone orders, walk up orders and helping in the kitchen. NO ONE ELSE SEEMS TO BE HELPING HER. There is also a mild accent barrier. I have heard her need to repeat the same sentence several times to the person ordering over the phone.
  
  I think they may have only one cook too. She definately seems overwhelmed at times.
  I think that Charlie's could provide much better service if they had the staff to match their volume.
