  Pissed I even have to put one star however this is the most laziest office I have ever dealt with. My daughter has Amerigroup insurance through Medicaid and I have been sent a bill each month for the past two months. I called for the first bill she told me to disregard they would send the claim back. I got another bill this month for the same $31.00 balance and was told Amerigroup was non responsive that I have to deal with the insurance company myself. I call Amerigroup within minutes I spoke to a agent who was more then helpful and also gave me the information that the claim was in fact paid on 11/02/2017. SO not only as a medicaid patient did I get a bill for my daughter even though medicaid patients are NOT to receive bills unless info needs to be obtained but the claim was paid the whole time and this office staff was to lazy to follow up with the insurance company to actually get this bill paid. Needless to say I had to basically do there job to get anything resolved and I hope to never deal with any of these people or there office for any reasons ever again.
