  Dr. Halpern is a disgrace to the practice of psychiatry and to the field of medicine in general. She refuses to call or fax in prescriptions, even under exceptional circumstances, and seems to feel that forcing her patients to go through medication withdrawl is a good way to teach them to plan better. She cannot keep track of patient information, including important facts like which medication they are taking and in what amount. She does not care about her patients at all.
