  I've only ever dropped off packages there but the staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is only one person on duty so you may have to wait on line. Also, there are only about 3 parking spots in front with no other places to park and with big trucks all over the place and going in and out of the garage, so it can be somewhat confusing and/or dangerous to get to the actual entrance. And finally, Google Maps as of this date is way off on the location, it shows it east of 85 when it's actually way west of 85, almost to New Design Rd. It took me nearly 1/2 hour to find it at first.

  A bunch of mentally lazy people who can't think. They careless about customer satisfaction nor try to get their job done. Will never use them again.
